Overview: The ClinDoc EPIC Applications Analyst Team Lead is a pivotal role within the Epic Inpatient Applications department. This position entails overseeing a team of application analysts while serving as a subject matter expert on the assigned applications. The individual will be responsible for ensuring optimal functionality and workflow efficiency of the applications.
Shift: Day
Hours per week: 40
Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead the application team in the management of one or more applications or systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert on workflows, content, and functionality of the applications.
- Oversee project implementation phases including design, development, workflow analysis, and optimization.
- Provide go-live and post go-live support to ensure seamless application performance.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma with a minimum of four years in healthcare operations, information technology, or health information technology.
- Proven experience in the Application Analyst III role.
- Experience in all stages of project implementation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Epic certification is highly desirable.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current Epic certification for Epic roles is required.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification or equivalent is preferred.
