Human Resources Director

Ambitious and forward-thinking HR professional sought to lead the Human Resources function at A-MAN, a luxury resort. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in HR leadership, with a strong focus on strategic planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Operations: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement effective HR strategies, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
- Learning and Development: Work closely with the Training Manager to identify training needs, develop programs, and implement initiatives that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation and Benefits: Ensure that compensation and benefits packages are aligned with industry standards, and implement policies and procedures that support employee well-being.
- Employee Communication: Foster open communication channels, promote employee feedback, and lead the implementation of employee recognition schemes.
- HR Systems: Oversee the effective use of HR/Payroll/Time & Attendance systems, ensuring accurate maintenance of employee data and timely reporting.
- Proven background in HR leadership, with a current level of Director of HR.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local employment law.
- Experience in Learning and Development is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop colleagues.
- Financial acumen, with the ability to improve the bottom line.
- University degree or Diploma in HR Management desirable.
