Cleveland Clinic's Martin North Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Renal team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals with kidney disease, high blood pressure, and other kidney-related issues.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to patients with complex medical needs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- One year of current acute care RN experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
