Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Master's Level, Licensed or Licensed Eligible Clinician to join our Outpatient Team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals in need, promoting dignity and welfare.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement person-centered, trauma-informed, and harm reduction-oriented treatment plans.
- Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and group supervision to ensure continuity and support.
- Frequent collaboration opportunities with clinical leadership, prescriber services, nursing, and access to referrals for other levels of care within CHD and the surrounding community.
- Develop a career plan with leadership to coach and support career development.
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy.
- Preferred CANS current certification.
- Candidates must be licensed or License eligible, i.e., LICSW, Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.), LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Ease of use with electronic health records.
- Ability to drive/reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work on-site.
To excel in this role, you will be a thought-provoking, innovative, and detail-oriented Clinician. The ideal candidate will be a strong self-starter, ready to contribute to the success of the team with flexibility and ability to make a positive impact on the population served.
