Dentist Partnership Opportunity

Gentle Dental is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Dentist to join our team in Vancouver, WA. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional oral healthcare services to our patients while enjoying a supportive and innovative work environment.

Practice Details:

• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office
• Full team of in-house Board eligible or Certified specialists to support your specialty needs

Compensation and Benefits:

• 30% - 32% of production based on experience
• Guaranteed compensation in the first 60 days
• Full-time Dentist expected to make between $150,000 and $400,000

• Malpractice
• Additional CE credits and partial License and DEA reimbursement after 2 years

Position Qualifications:

• Open to new grads
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
