Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide guidance and education to patients with medical marijuana needs, ensuring they receive the correct medication for their specific illness and medical condition.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our cannabis products, including their benefits, effects, and usage.
- Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell our cannabis products to customers, including flower, edibles, oils, and tablets.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Point-of-Sale Systems: Operate our point-of-sale systems, including processing transactions and managing customer accounts.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: 4 years of direct customer service experience, with a focus on retail sales and customer service.
- Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Understanding of cannabis products and their effects, as well as experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
The Cannabist Company is one of the most experienced cultivators, manufacturers, and providers of cannabis products and related services in the industry. We operate 104 facilities, including 81 dispensaries and 23 cultivation and manufacturing facilities.
