Job Description:

\
As a quality assurance product manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards of our abrasive products. Your responsibilities will include coordinating between sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to release new products, while also providing capacity planning and raw material forecasts to manufacturing organizations. You will assist in creating value propositions and training sales forces, as well as developing supporting literature. Additionally, you will work with marketing/advertising and technical groups to ensure seamless product launches.\

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to release new products\
• Provide capacity planning and raw material forecasts to manufacturing organizations\
• Assist in creating value propositions and training sales forces\
• Develop supporting literature\
• Work with marketing/advertising and technical groups to ensure seamless product launches\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office is essential, and you should be comfortable making presentations to various levels of the organization. Fluency in English both written and orally is required, and experience in product introduction, analysis, and development of product/market strategies is highly desirable.\
