Safety-Kleen Systems, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
- Work closely with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities and grow current customer base
- Prepare and deliver customer quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Prospect and convert leads into customers, achieving monthly sales quotas and budgets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Travel within the region to meet with customers and prospects
Requirements
- 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the environmental services or industrial hazardous waste management industry
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
