As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Work closely with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities and grow current customer base
  • Prepare and deliver customer quotes, proposals, and presentations
  • Prospect and convert leads into customers, achieving monthly sales quotas and budgets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
  • Travel within the region to meet with customers and prospects

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the environmental services or industrial hazardous waste management industry
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
