International Operations Analyst II

WHAT IS THE ROLE?
This position focuses on reconciliation activities and support for various business lines within Banking and Investment Services, encompassing Payment Operations, Capital Market Operations, Card Operations, Investment Operations, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee designated accounts and platforms to detect potential discrepancies and significant exposures.
- Conduct daily reconciliations and matching processes for assigned accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures, promptly escalating any deviations to relevant managers and stakeholders.
- Act as a reconciliation subject matter expert (SME) for colleagues in the business lines, providing guidance on policies and procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with Finance and Controller teams to guarantee accurate reporting of account reconciliations and balances.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders and management detailing daily, weekly, and monthly balances, aged discrepancies, and significant exposures.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Robust background in operations and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with escalation protocols and reporting obligations.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Starting base salary: $33.43 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
