We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Mary Lanning Healthcare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the CNA will be responsible for:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Communicating patient care needs and observations to the RN.
- Documenting patient information and responses to care activities.
- Providing basic care and support to patients in a timely and courteous manner.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the RN.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, and certification as a nurse assistant. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be patient, flexible, and skilled at clear communication and critical thinking.
