Job Summary

The Columbia Room Inc Master is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dish and General Utility Worker to join our team in Riverside. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe dishwashing area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning equipment to ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas, as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals and cleaning products.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds, as required.
