Work Schedule:
36 hours per week
Shift Details:
Day/Evening shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with alternating weekends and vacations, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Patient Services or their designee, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including serving as an on-site Administrator, acting as a consultant and resource for nursing staff, providing both administrative and clinical oversight, collaborating with other hospital departments to ensure high standards of patient care, and performing additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Proven clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and effective decision-making abilities are essential.
- Management experience is advantageous.
- A minimum of five to seven years of progressively responsible experience, including some leadership roles, is required.
BCLS and ACLS Certifications are required.
Candidates must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or provide a valid exemption for medical or personal reasons upon hiring.
Compensation:
USD $91.01 per hour.
Rotation Schedule:
Every other weekend and vacation.
