Our 12-bed Behavioral Health Unit, located on the 5th floor, specializes in adult patients. Our team is staffed with compassionate healthcare professionals, including RNs, Mental Health Assistants, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, and Mental Health Providers. We operate with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:8, treating a variety of diagnoses such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Patients may present with psychosis, suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, mania, or exacerbations of mental illness. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible-spending and health-savings accounts, competitive paid time off, and extended illness bank package for full-time employees.
