At Soliant, we're committed to delivering exceptional therapy services across various settings in the North Charleston, South Carolina area. We're seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in this vibrant region.
Speech-Language Therapy Services
We're looking for professionals who can provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and be able to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities
- SLPs: Provide speech-language therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- SLPAs: Support SLPs in delivering therapy services, assisting with the implementation of treatment plans and carrying out therapeutic activities under supervision.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals.
- Manage assignments flexibly, which may include working at one location or splitting time between multiple sites.
- Address a wide range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language development.
Qualifications
- SLPs: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology; valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- SLPAs: Associate or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field; valid state licensure in South Carolina; preferably some experience in a healthcare or educational setting; flexibility with assignments and locations; strong communication skills and the ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
