Inspira Health Network is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Technician to join our team. As a Clinical Support Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care by observing and documenting cardiac rhythms. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with nurses and physicians will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

* Continuously observe and document patient rhythms, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of any abnormalities
* Maintain accurate records of telemetry units, including inventory, battery changes, and repairs
* Communicate effectively with nurses and physicians regarding telemetry orders and changes
* Provide indirect patient care by answering unit telephones, assisting with order transcription, and supporting unit operations

Requirements:

* High School graduate or equivalent
* Previous monitor tech experience preferred
* Certified nurse aide or unit secretary preferred
* Dysrhythmia course completion required
* Ability to read, write, and speak English
