Compensation: $15-$20/hour, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Enjoy cash payments at the end of each shift for tips and mileage.

About the Job: As a Delivery Driver at Jimmy John's, your goal is to deliver perfectly made sandwiches to customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. To achieve this, you'll learn the most efficient routes, double-check orders for accuracy, and hustle on your feet while maintaining safety and adherence to local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver sandwiches to customers in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Learn the menu with 100% accuracy and assist with taking orders, making sandwiches, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment when not on delivery routes.

• Maintain a safe and clean vehicle, adhering to company standards.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as an In-Shopper, such as learning the menu and assisting with order-taking and sandwich preparation.

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts

• Capacity to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shifts

• Ability to navigate walk-in refrigerator and freezer environments with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F
