Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate caregiver who is fluent in Spanish to assist our elderly clients. This role involves providing essential support and companionship to seniors in their homes.

Shift Details: Our caregivers work flexible shifts ranging from two to four hours, including options for live-in arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement care plans as directed by the Care Manager.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
  • Communicate any changes in client condition or concerns to the Care Manager promptly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in long-term care for elderly or chronically ill individuals is preferred.
  • Certification as a CNA or HHA is advantageous.
  • Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required for client transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor are essential.
  • Must pass a background check and provide professional references.

Physical Requirements: This position involves lifting and transferring clients, as well as traveling to client residences.

Note: This is a safety-sensitive position.
