Collaborate with Healthcare TeamWork closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Communicate EffectivelyCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Document Patient ProgressMaintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures.
Requirements- Education and Licensure
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico.
ExperienceAt least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a home health care setting.
CertificationsCurrent CPR and First Aid Certification.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
