Originally founded in 1958, we have evolved into a modern interpretation of the supper club tradition, offering a unique ambiance that reflects the spirit of Wisconsin.

Located by the picturesque shores of Big Muskego Lake, our restaurant has become a beloved destination for both locals and visitors. During the summer, our vibrant patio is a popular spot for guests to enjoy refreshing drinks and scenic views, while in the winter, patrons can cozy up indoors by the fireplace with comfort food and an extensive selection of bourbons.

Position Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Opening and closing the establishment
  • Monitoring service flow in both the dining area and kitchen
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction aligns with our service standards
  • Providing guidance and ongoing training to staff

We are looking for someone who can help us navigate our busy summer season, with approximately 20-30 hours of work per week, depending on demand. There is potential for continued employment beyond the summer if the fit is right.
