Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as an active member of Covenant's senior leadership team by engaging in system leadership decisions and strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong community relationships and partnerships to address identified needs.
- Oversee the financial health of our organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with Covenant Health objectives.
- Implement the Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with accreditation and licensure standards.
- Foster an organizational culture of accountability, professional development, and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Education: An advanced degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare management, with at least five years in a senior executive role. Experience in Catholic healthcare ministry organizations is preferred.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders.
