Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school district. This full-time position is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking to work with elementary school students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services to a caseload of students, primarily at the elementary level.
  • Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs).
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning environments.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of student progress and services provided.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to students' educational plans.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This position is full-time, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The working hours are from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
