About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Creative Solutions in Healthcare - West.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, plus benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.

Job Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation programs.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation, complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in physical therapy, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • A valid Texas license in Physical Therapy, with good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
  • Experience in SNF/Long term care, with knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage patients with different personalities.
