About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Member to join our team at Dave's Hot Chicken - NYC. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a clean environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
