The Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing or repairing roofs, removing old material, and installing new materials such as asphalt shingles, solar tiles, metal, or other materials. You will also cut and shape materials to the proper size for each job, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Install or repair roofs to ensure a watertight seal
  • Remove old or damaged material to prepare for new installations
  • Install new materials, including asphalt shingles, solar tiles, metal, or other materials
  • Cut and shape roofing materials to the proper size for each job
  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements
  • Prior roofing experience is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with various hand tools, including shingle cutters and hatchets, is a plus
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. is essential
  • Comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
