Mathematics Educator

Job OpportunityMathnasium is seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Educator to join our team. As a Mathematics Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality math instruction to students using the Mathnasium Method.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mathematical instruction to students using the Mathnasium Method
• Provide exceptional customer service through expert approach and personal interaction
• Build students' confidence and self-esteem through successful encounters and interactions
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all student needs are addressed

Requirements:

• Exceptional math skills through Algebra I and Geometry
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to professionally interact with students and parents
• Energetic, confident, and fun personality
• Ability to solve basic technology challenges
• Reliable and responsible

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to teach students and upper-level high school math courses, including Algebra II and Pre-Calculus
• Previous teaching experience or other experience working with students
• Behavior management education, skills, or experience
• Customer service and sales skills
• Ability to provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques
