About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN to join our team and provide personalized care to our pediatric patient. As a Private Duty RN, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, managing medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of the patient
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician
- Monitor and document the patient's condition, including vital signs and any changes in their health status
- Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to the patient and their family on disease management and self-care
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Indiana
- Current Health Certificate
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior RN experience preferred
