Join Our Team as an EMT-Intermediate

We are seeking dedicated EMT-Intermediate (EMT-I) professionals who will respond to both emergency and non-emergency medical situations, providing exceptional care, treatment, and service to patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine necessary medical care and deliver emergency services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, conditions, and treatments while ensuring confidentiality and respecting patient rights.
  • Uphold a safe, clean, and well-equipped environment for patients.
  • Utilize EMT skills effectively, including communication, medical equipment handling, and office procedures.
  • Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic regulations relevant to emergency medical response.
  • Collaborate professionally with allied health personnel, public safety officials, and fellow EMTs.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Engage in community outreach programs to enhance AMR's image and foster strong community relationships.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • National or State EMT-I certification.
  • CPR/BLS certifications.
  • Driving record that complies with company policy.
  • Successful completion of the Physical Agility Test.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
