Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amounts to be determined. Our pay package includes:
- Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
- Tax-free stipend for housing and other expenses
- Bonuses and incentives for meeting performance targets
