Key Responsibilities

The primary duties encompass, but are not limited to the following:

  • Efficiently deliver meals and items requested by patrons, ensuring timely service at optimal temperatures and presentation.
  • Organize food items on the table according to the designated seating arrangement.
  • Remove used dishes promptly as they are finished.
  • Monitor tables attentively, refilling water glasses and other beverages as needed.
  • Provide courteous, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented service to ensure a remarkable dining experience for guests.
  • Assist waitstaff and kitchen personnel with additional tasks as necessary.
  • Conduct cleaning tasks and other job-related responsibilities as assigned.


Essential Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Prior experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable.
  • A valid California Food Handlers card is mandatory for all food service personnel involved in food preparation, storage, and service.
  • High energy levels and stamina are essential.
  • Ability to maintain composure and work effectively under pressure.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to treat guests with warmth and care.
