Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and adolescents in our outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions to promote emotional growth and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry to deliver evidence-based care.
- Fully licensed in the state of Oregon.
- Board certified or eligible in child and adolescent psychiatry.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
