Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality and consistency in all menu items
  • Work closely with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious cuisine
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and supplies
  • Develop and implement menu planning and development strategies
  • Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of cooking experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred
  • Experience in menu planning and development
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
