Position Overview

HR Direct Service is currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team across various shifts. The pay range for this role is $17.75 to $19.25.

Shift Details:

  • Monday to Friday: 1st Shift - 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with overtime; 2nd Shift - 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM with overtime.
  • Sunday to Thursday: 3rd Shift - 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM with overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to OSHA safety standards.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Complete all required training and certifications.

Additional Information:

- Overtime is mandatory.

- This is a long-term temporary to hire position.

*Candidates must successfully pass eligibility requirements, background checks, and drug screenings. Opportunities for permanent employment are available upon meeting required hours and maintaining good attendance.
