Job Overview

RLS Logistics is seeking an experienced Freight Brokerage Account Manager to join their Mount Laurel team. This role offers a base salary of $45,000-$55,000 DOE, plus uncapped commission paid in perpetuity. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through targeted sales efforts, identifying the full potential of targeted accounts and helping them reach that potential.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience and be able to work effectively with our team to achieve sales targets. As a member of our team, you will participate in our comprehensive training program and gain exposure to multiple areas of the supply chain. Our benefits package includes healthcare, dental, mental health programs, student loan repayment benefit, PTO, volunteer PTO, 401k with company match, and tuition reimbursement program.
