Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a development team and delivering large-scale React applications.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • React Knowledge: Thorough understanding of React and its core principles, including hooks and the context API.
  • ES6+ Knowledge: Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6+).
  • Front-end Tools: Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Isomorphic React: Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
  • RESTful APIs: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • State Management: Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
  • React Native: Knowledge of React Native for mobile app development is a plus.
  • Code Versioning: Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • CI/CD: Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
  • Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
