Position Overview:
This role is integral to our IT department, focusing on the comprehensive management of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and overseeing user access management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle in relation to IT services.
- Create and maintain user accounts across various platforms, including Active Directory and Office365.
- Participate actively in compliance audits and ensure adherence to SOX regulations.
- Update and manage user account details in relevant systems.
- Oversee asset management and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Facilitate hardware deployment for new employees.
- Implement modifications for single sign-on (SSO) and integrate applications.
- Administer multifactor authentication for users.
- Establish and uphold processes and standards for IT access management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing global onboarding and offboarding processes.
- At least 3 years' experience in provisioning access accounts across various systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 5% of the time.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate global operations.
- A strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams.
- Experience in vendor management and Office365 administration.
- Technical proficiency in supporting Active Directory.
