About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiology Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and identify radiographs, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform clerical duties, including receptionist and scheduling responsibilities, as needed.
  • Assist with the training of radiology technology students, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Utilize and perform quality control on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems.
  • Operate various equipment, including Seimans, Phillips, and Ziehm.
  • Burn patient CDs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience as a staff technologist.
  • Completion of a two-year program in Radiology Technology is required.
  • Associates Degree in Radiology Science is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • RT Technologist experience preferred.
  • ARRT Registered Technologist required.
  • Delaware license.
  • Certification in CPR.
