Job Title: Sales Associate - General Merchandise

We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Stores, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise, and ensure customer orders are filled accurately.
  • Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude, and dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
