Bethany Lutheran Homes Inc dba Eagle Crest Communities is a leading senior care provider with 10 communities across La Crosse, Onalaska, and Holmen. We are seeking a compassionate Caregiving Assistant to join our team at Hearten House in Holmen.

About the Position

We are looking for a caring and dedicated individual to assist our Resident Care Assistants in providing top-notch care to our residents. As a Caregiving Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist Resident Care Assistants in caring for residents
  • Provide transportation to meals and activities
  • Help with bed-making and passing snacks and water
  • Perform various other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Must have a genuine interest in caring for seniors
  • Support Aide I positions must be on the Wisconsin CNA Registry, but can be under the age of 18 years old
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting rate of $16.50 + per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
