- Prepare and serve hot food, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
- Work as an expediter in the kitchen, ensuring orders are organized and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform daily side work, including restocking and cleaning duties, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Keep accurate accounts and spoilage records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with diverse populations, providing a positive and inclusive experience for all guests.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a multifaceted schedule, including weekends and holidays.
