Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team at Dunkin'. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with overall restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving sales through effective execution of marketing programs and initiatives.

• Role model exceptional guest service and effectively manage guest recovery.
• Ensure service with speed by setting goals and utilizing tracking tools, and through effective shift management and deployment planning.
• Ensure compliance with all Brand operational standards, as well as Network policies and procedure.
• Ensure restaurant meets and adheres to all mandatory food safety standards and guidelines.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness at all times.
• Utilize the Red Book and/or similar tools to track required documentation.
• Maintain the calibration of all restaurant equipment to ensure product excellence.
• Drive sales through effective execution of marketing programs and initiatives.
• Manage effective cash control and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Create a learning environment and recognize team members for demonstrating desired behavior and performance.
• Inspire and motivate team members and promote a positive working environment.

• Provide excellent guest service; with a focus on service with speed and order accuracy.
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred.
• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments.
• Meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• Be reliable and punctual for shifts.
