We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide therapy services to students in a school setting. This role involves assessing and addressing students' physical needs to enhance their educational participation and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of students' physical needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
  • Design and implement interventions and exercises, adjusting as necessary based on student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the educational environment and advise on classroom adaptations.
  • Communicate with parents on their child's progress and provide strategies for supporting development at home.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports, ensuring compliance with school and state regulations.
  • Stay current with physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Texas state licensure.
  • Experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus, with familiarity with IEP processes being advantageous.
