Job Overview

The Busser will work closely with servers to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. This includes setting tables, delivering requested items, removing used dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual who is committed to providing exceptional guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, professional, and dependable.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Prepare dining areas before guests are seated, including setting silverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments.
  • Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed.
  • Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
  • Act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of House staff.
  • Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas.
  • Deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately.
  • Inform restaurant staff about customer feedback or requests.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and a desire to work with and learn from an amazing team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift 20 pounds, and work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Must work well under pressure, be punctual, and professional, and be excited to join a team of coworkers dedicated to detail.
  • Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual, and be a team player.
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
  • Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.
  • Must have a current food handlers card or be able to obtain one.
