About the Role

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Autism Therapist to join our team. As an Autism Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, ranging from 18 months to school age.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver ABA therapy sessions, utilizing your expertise to create a supportive and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to track and document each child's progress, contributing to their customized therapy programs.
  • Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with autism, preferably in an ABA therapy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as sustain physical demands of the job.
