Multicraft Specialist

As a Multicraft Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the manufacturing equipment at Harlan Recruiting Group: Manufacturing including CPG and Food Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with a strong focus on proactive maintenance of manufacturing/production systems.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment following good preventive maintenance (PM) principles.
• Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical (e.g., PLC troubleshooting), and other systems such as VFDs is required.
• Experience with conveyors, photo sensors, control panels, replacing fuses, repairing gearboxes, and/or replacing them is essential.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics and keep good maintenance-related records.

Requirements:

• 3 years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Expertise in proactive maintenance of manufacturing/production systems is required.
• A continuous-improvement approach is needed.
• Able to work a four-day/week schedule on Mondays through Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
