IV Team Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an IV Team Nurse. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
About the RoleThis is a 32-hour per week position with four 8-hour shifts, including every other weekend and holiday commitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced infusion environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure
- Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
- Med./surg./Tele experience strongly preferred
- Ability to function under stress and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
