We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical ICU team at Kettering Health. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical conditions, including monitoring and assessing patient conditions, implementing and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes, including working with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and health management, promoting patient empowerment and self-care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Active unencumbered RN license in Ohio or compact license.
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
