About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Document Management Specialist to join our team. This full-time position will be based in Newark, NJ and involves administering the document lifecycle for engineering and construction documents. The ideal candidate will have experience with E-Builder and SharePoint platforms and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The responsibilities of this role include facilitating tracking and distribution of submittals and comments forms between Project Managers, daily reporting on outstanding submittals, and supporting Project Managers in consolidating and distributing review comments. Additionally, the Document Management Specialist will help establish and manage document processes via SharePoint and E-builder to ensure control and availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and be well organized with a focus on quality. Experience with document control or submittal coordination is essential, as is proficiency with E-Builder and SharePoint platforms. A minimum of 5 years of experience in document control or submittal coordination is required, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
