Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve outstanding payment discrepancies.
  • Employ available tools to facilitate the coordination of invoicing processes, ensuring prompt reimbursement.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for essential departmental functions, including but not limited to escalated accounts, third-party placements, significant clients, and electronic billing.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members on special projects, provide constructive feedback to management, and propose enhancements to existing processes.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members through collaborative training sessions and presentations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent mandatory. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Collections or Customer Service within a call center environment essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of collections and billing methodologies and systems.
  • Experience in a business-to-business context preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English / Spanish) advantageous.
