Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to specification, using a variety of techniques and ingredients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock and maintain inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and glassware.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar, cleaning glass and countertops, and sweeping the floor.
  • Answer questions and provide information to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience required.
  • Food safety certification program completion required in some U.S. states.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 10 pounds.
Working Conditions

The Bartender will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud noises. The ability to travel via auto or airplane for long periods of time may be required.

  • Follows all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Practices all general safety standards.
  • Maintains a well-groomed appearance and follows all uniform guidelines.
  • Recycles products, where possible.
