We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a dedicated educational therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech and language services to students in grades K-5.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working with a caseload of students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs. You will be responsible for assessing student progress, collaborating with teachers and parents, and modifying interventions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement speech and language therapy programs tailored to meet the needs of students in grades K-5">
  • Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly">
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure consistent communication and support">
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field">
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA">
  • Experience working with children in educational settings preferred">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills">
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy">

Compensation Package

  • A salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience">
